Streamline View/Select single photo to preview rotate#13

When you select:

VIEW/select single photo to preview or rotate

It would be useful to be able to select the top photo in the file then be able to simply arrow down the list and have each photo be selected and display simply by arrow up or down,

As opposed to now you must click on each photo to make it select and display.
